- The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

- Instructions on how and where to send the package will be shared once the return request is accepted.
- Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
5.2. Return Shipping and Handling Fee
- Returns are at the customer’s expense.
- A handling fee of up to 20% may be charged by Alpha Accessories.
